In-House Financing
Lorch's, an Alabama Jeweler, finances all credit transactions in-house. All credit decisions are made by the Store Manager and/or the Credit Supervisor. It's quick and easy. By doing our own financing we have the power to say "Yes" when third party lenders say "NO".
Free Jewelry Cleaning
Just drop by any of our six convenient locations and a sales representative will be happy to clean your jewelry as you shop. While we professionally clean your jewelry, shop around for bridal sets, engagement rings, diamond crosses, or surprise your loved one with a diamond Journey Pendant.
Jewelry Repair
Lorch's provides expert jewelry repair on almost any type of jewelry. We have professionals standing by to repair your jewelry back to its original look – brand new.
Service Agreements
Lorch's offers Service Agreements on all of our diamond jewelry, gold jewelry, and watches. Our diamond Service Agreement covers lifetime replacement of the diamond*.
Ring Sizing
An important part of purchasing a ring is getting the right size for
the person. The standard stock size for women is size 7 and size 10
for men. If you require a different size, we are happy to adjust the
ring size. Sizing a ring will probably take 3-5 business days.
Lorch's will size the ring the first time for you at no charge. Please
note that not all rings can be changed in size due to the ring design. If you need to have the ring resized, you may contact us at
205-391-0404 (M-F 9-5 CT) or bring the ring into the nearest Lorch's
store. Note that there might be an additional charge for resizing if you do not have a Service Agreement.
Trade-Ins
Lorch's will gladly take your existing diamond jewelry as a Trade-In on a beautiful NEW diamond piece of your choice, whether it’s a Circle of Love diamond pendant, anniversary jewelry, or any one of our beautiful cross pendants. We guarantee that you will love the diamond jewelry you select.
